WATER BILLING

Our software issues have been resolved with the water system. The July bill will be for 2 months (June/July). There are no late fees since the problem was on our side. However, if your account had not been paid in full prior to this issue, your late fee will remain. Please contact the Town Office 540-992-4401 should you have any questions. Office hours M-Th 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. closed daily from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. and closed on Fridays. Thank you for your patience with us.

The minimum monthly water bill for a residence is $32.50 for the first 1,000 gallons
- anything over this is based on usage.
The commercial rate is $84.50 for the first 1,000 gallons
- anything over this is based on usage.

There is a connection fee for new construction or a new business.

There is a $100.00 refundable deposit that is required for people who are renting.
No deposit is required for homeowners.
